Transformed First Empire Funding Corp. from mortgage brokerage to mortgage banker

Established Benjamin Fine Homes and Estates, real estate brokerage servicing high net worth, upscale and discreet clientele
2009
Exited brokerage business by selling to public traded company Realogy
1985
Obtained real estate broker license
1993
Started purchasing real estate properties for rent and hold and turn over profits. From 1993 to 2012, purchased and sold over 160 properties in the Greater New York area
1995
Scaled growth of real estate brokerage business through mergers and acquisitions. Merged and acquired over 12 competitors into existing 8 locations
2003
Established Landmark Abstract LLC., a title insurance company to provide closing for our family of companies
2007
Company reached a milestone of 450 licensed salespeople, 70 personnel management support staff and $650 million in annual volume
2012
Established Tower Fund Capital, a direct private lender money fund providing liquidity to real estate asset debt market
